One of our family favorites!
Have on Hand:
2. C. Flour
1/2 C. Salt
2 Tsp. Cream of Tartar
2 Tbl. Cooking Oil
2 C. Water
Food Coloring
Boredom Buster Description: If you haven't come across this recipe yet, you're in for a treat. Three of the many things I love about this Play Dough recipe are 1) I almost always have these ingredients on hand, 2) It's completely non-toxic and 3) The resulting dough is almost exactly like the store-bought Play Doh but makes so much more than what you find in those little yellow cans.
It's easy!
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until dough is the consistency of thick mashed potatoes. Cool slightly. Knead until smooth. Store in a Ziplock bag.
