Balloons (One per child),
Glow sticks (optional)
Stickers (optional)
Warning: CHOKING HAZARD. Children can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.
Boredom Buster Description: Inflate one balloon per child and let them have fun batting them back and forth, seeing who can keep there's from touching the ground the longest or even dribble as a basketball. You can also have your child put stickers on the balloon (great fine motor skill development). If you have glow sticks, activate them, slide into balloon (will take a bit of work, fold stick in half if needed). Then blow up and tie off. Turn out the lights and you have Moon Rocks!
Balloons are so much fun, the possibilities are endless!
Boredom Buster Bio: I am a stay at home mom to 4-1/2 year old twins and a 2-1/2 year old. I love doing crafts with my kids and watching them grow every day.
Thank you, Wendy Thornell, for this great idea!
